When We Process Refunds

There are different reasons where you have the right to ask for a refund. We will discuss that situation as clearly as possible so that you understand well when to submit such a request. Please note the following situations.

When you Change Your Mind for Any Reason

We acknowledge that you have the right to cancel your order anytime and that you do not need to explain your choice for that action, although you can if you want. However, please note that we ask our client to do so within 24 hours of placing the order and that you can not cancel your order if a writer is already working on it.

This is because we have to pay our writers as long as we have assigned them an order. So if you want us to refund your money, we advise you not to delay your request. Please examine your instructions closely before uploading them to us.

When We have Charged Your Account Twice or More Times

Sometimes you might make a mistake while placing your order. Though it rarely happens, we have seen that happen. If you notice you have paid twice for a single order, please let us know at once. We are more than willing to reverse the extra transaction so you can use your funds as you like.

Please note that it takes us five business days to process your request.

When Your Sample Suck Even After 3 Revisions

We select our writers with a lot of care, and we are confident that they are good. Though we can not guarantee their perfectness, we request our clients that if you feel your sample did not meet your instructions, don’t hesitate to get in touch with us. We will provide free revision until it shines. As we have said, you won’t pay anything for these services. Kindly note you are entitled to as many edits as you might need to get your dissertation to a better place.

Though it rarely happens, you might not be satisfied even after several revisions, and if it so happens, we will not hesitate but will process your refund within five business days.

Kindly note that we only process a refund after editing your sample at least three times and that the first edit that generally happens to the first draft does not count.

When You have Submitted Two Similar Orders

That seems impossible, but it does happen. For example, let’s say maybe you are working on a dissertation while writing a journal article. You may submit the same order twice, thinking you have submitted two different orders. If this is the case, kindly get to us immediately and submit your refund request.

If you delay, we will process and assign the orders to our writers, and once assigned, it will be impossible for you to get a refund. But in case we have not assigned your orders, we will allow you to replace one of the two similar orders with the proper instructions or even cancel the orders if you want to.

When We Fail to Submit Your Order by the Deadline

This rarely happens, but in case it happens, you will get back your money in full. But if we failed to deliver your sample by the initial deadline because you added new instructions, you are not allowed to request a refund. Additionally, you will not get any refund if you failed to provide your writer with any material they might have requested you.

Please provide the requested material as soon as you get the message from your writer. Also, we will not accept your refund request when we have requested you to allow us more time to complete your order, and you gave us your consent.

Our Quality Assurance Department Thoroughly Examines Every Refund Request

When you submit a refund request, our QAD team looks closely into your request and carefully decides if your claim is genuine. Please note that this department works independently.

Be sure that we do not in any way influence how our QAD people make the final decision. Be sure they have never favoured us!

Lastly, note that our editors will assess your sample based on your instructions, and if they confirm your sample does not conform with your instructions and that further editing did not improve it, you will get a refund.
